Reclaiming Vacant Properties (RVP) is the nation’s premier conference focused on vacant, abandoned, and deteriorated properties and community revitalization. Since 2007 it has convened over 1,000 leaders from local government, nonprofits, land banks, philanthropy, real estate, and community groups to exchange practical strategies.

RVP 2026 in Pittsburgh offers hands-on workshops, neighborhood tours, and sessions spanning the full property-revitalization cycle—plus networking and partnership-building to take actionable tools back to your community.
